Step 1 Remove the Inside Frame
- Unscrew the four frame screws and remove the inside frame from the opening.
Step 2 Remove the Old Flap
- Using a large regular screwdriver, gently pry the flap away from the frame.
Step 3 Install the New Flap
- Take the replacement flap and position so that the fur trim edge is facing toward you.
- The flap should snap into place with a firm push on both sides.
Step 4 Re-install the Frame
- Reinstall the frame and screw back into place.
- Test the flap to make sure it has been installed correctly.

Satisfactory proof of purchase must be provided to the manufacturer for this one year warranty to apply. In that case, the manufacturer will replace at no charge to the purchaser the defective part(s). No refunds will be provided to the purchaser. No service contract is being provided under this One Year Warranty. Proof of purchase so that the One Year Warranty may be honored must be made to:
