Manufacturers' Return Policies and Restocking Fees

The table below shows manufacturer policies for returns. In all cases, the items must be uninstalled and in original condition. All items that ship from warehouse or are drop-shipped from a different warehouse have a 30-day return policy. 

Items shipped from warehouse, after 30 Day Rules:

  • After 30 days, Items that are returned have a 15% restocking fee.
  • After 60 days, Items that are returned have a 20% restocking fee.
  • After 90 days, Items that are returned have a 35% restocking fee.
  • Items cannot be accepted after 120 days.

After 90 Day Rules for Dragon Pet Door Products:

Time frames begin the day that you receive your order. Please understand that we as have no control over drop-shipper restrictions, and if your item was drop-shipped from a different manufacturer warehouse, it is very unlikely that a return will be accepted past the 30-day time frame.

Do you charge shipping for returns? Yes, shipping fees for returns are charged to your account. We will send you a label for all returns in the US. We do not refund any of the original shipping charges initially paid on the order.

For International orders, the recipient is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to international banking regulations, all product returns must be received by within 100 days of placing the order. You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and ship-to address.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, and need to return pet door products please email or call (800) 826-2871 to submit a return request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt. To receive a refund of the merchandise cost the return item must be in original, resalable condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund on the product cost.

When shipping returns back please make sure to package them properly to prevent damage. The label will have the proper return address already on it, as some items will need to go back to the drop ship company they originated from. All refunds will amount to the cost of the item, including taxes if applicable. We process returns weekly on Wednesday and Friday except holidays.
